Product Returns

If a SpaRoom® diffuser is not working to your satisfaction, we will send you a replacement for free (plus a small shipping fee) within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for "worry-free" returns, proof of purchase is required.  Any return outside 30 days from the original purchase date is subject to the terms of warranty policy.

For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged. Once your return has been received, a customer service representative will be in touch within about 48 hours.
