Sparoom Warranty Policy

For Customers in the United States, SpaRoom’s Product Warranty Policy covers any defect in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage, as detailed in each product’s instruction manual.

For purchases on or after June 1st, 2016, products with a retail value greater than $20 are under warranty for 1 year from date of purchase. Products with a retail value less than or equal to $20 are under warranty for 6 months.

To qualify for a product warranty claim, the customer is responsible for providing proof of purchase and shipping the product back to SpaRoom®. Once received, we will review the product’s condition and repair or replace it with a comparable product, accordingly*.

Under this policy, defects or damage resulting from the following will not be covered:

  • Misuse, accident or improper maintenance
  • Use of synthetic or adulterated essential oil, fragrance oil or perfume/cologne
  • Use of blends containing vegetable oil, massage oils or synthetic carrier oils

You will receive a response or return authorization within 48 hours.

*All returns are subject to warranty claim evaluation; replacements are subject to fees.
