- 3 cups of purified or distilled water
- 10 - 20 drops of your preferred essential oil
- 1/4 cup witch hazel
- A spray bottle
Clean your yoga mat with just a few simple steps:
- Spray a thin layer onto your yoga mat, and let the cleaning solution sit for a few minutes
- Wipe off the essential oil spray with a dry or slightly dampened cloth or paper towel
- Repeat steps on the other side of the mat
